About OneCall Flights
A friendlier way to handle the messy parts of travel
OneCall Flights is an independent referral service operating a toll-free phone line for travelers in the United States. We are not an airline, and we do not sell, issue, or fulfill airline tickets ourselves. When you call us, we connect you with a licensed, third-party travel agency that can assist with your itinerary.
Who we are
OneCall Flights is a U.S.-based business headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We operate as a referral intermediary between travelers and independent travel agencies. We do not employ booking agents, and we do not issue tickets, charge airline fares, or process payments for travel. Our role is limited to taking inbound phone calls and routing each caller to one of the third-party travel agencies in our partner network.
What we do
Our toll-free line is available 24 hours a day. When you call, a representative will ask a few questions about what you need help with — for example, a new booking, a change to an existing itinerary, or a cancellation — and then connect you with an independent travel agency that handles that type of request.
The independent agencies we refer callers to can assist with things like:
- Booking flights on hundreds of major airlines worldwide
- Multi-city, multi-passenger, and complex itineraries
- Rebooking after a cancellation, delay, or missed connection
- Changing dates, routes, or passenger details on an existing booking
- Walking through cancellation, refund, and travel-credit options
Each independent agency operates under its own policies, pricing, and terms. Any quote, fare, fee, or change is confirmed directly between you and that agency on the call. OneCall Flights does not set pricing, guarantee fares, or process transactions.
Why we do it
Booking travel has become more complicated, not less. Airline phone queues are long, self-service tools often can't handle anything out of the ordinary, and the cost of getting a booking wrong — a missed connection, a non-refundable mistake, a refund that quietly expires — falls on the traveler.
We started OneCall Flights so that travelers have a single, easy-to-remember number to call when they want a real person to help them sort out a trip. There are no forms to fill out, no account to create, no payment required to call, and no obligation to book anything as a result of the call.
How we make money
OneCall Flights does not charge callers a fee for connecting them with a travel agency. When an independent agency in our network completes a booking for a caller we referred, that agency may pay OneCall Flights a referral fee. This is how the service is funded. Any ticket cost or agency service fee you may incur is set and disclosed by the independent agency, not by OneCall Flights.
