These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneCall Flights website (the "Website") and the referral services provided by OneCall Flights ("OneCall Flights," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website or calling our toll-free line, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our services.
1. Who We Are
OneCall Flights is an independent referral service. We are not an airline and we do not sell, issue, or fulfill airline tickets. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any airline. Our role is limited to operating a toll-free phone line and connecting callers with licensed, third-party travel agencies that can book, change, or cancel flights with airlines and other travel suppliers.
Any booking, quote, fare, fee, change, or cancellation is arranged directly between you and the independent travel agency you are connected with. OneCall Flights does not set pricing, collect payment for tickets, or process travel transactions.
Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Website or by our agents are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the carriers the independent agencies in our network are able to book.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services. By booking on behalf of another traveler, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that you have shared these Terms and our Privacy Policy with that traveler.
3. Booking Process and Authorization
Bookings are made by phone with one of our agents. When you confirm a booking with an agent, you authorize OneCall Flights and our Premier Partners (as defined below) to:
- Issue the ticket(s) and any related travel products you have agreed to purchase;
- Charge your payment method for the total amount quoted, including any applicable service fees;
- Submit your travel and contact information to the relevant airline(s) and travel supplier(s) as required to complete the booking.
You are responsible for reviewing all itinerary details — including passenger names, dates, times, and airport codes — at the time of booking. Names on tickets must match the government-issued identification you will present at the airport. Corrections after ticketing may be subject to airline fees or may not be possible.
4. Pricing, Fares, and Service Fees
Fares quoted by our agents reflect availability at the time of the call and may change before the booking is finalized. Final pricing is confirmed verbally on the call before any charge is made.
OneCall Flights may charge a service fee in addition to the airline fare for certain bookings, changes, or cancellations. Any such fee will be disclosed by the agent on the call before you authorize the charge. Service fees are separate from, and in addition to, any fees charged by the airline.
All fares and fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, government fees, and airline surcharges are included in the total quoted unless the agent expressly states otherwise.
5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the airline that issued your ticket. Many airline tickets are non-refundable, partially refundable, or refundable only as travel credit. Our agents will explain the applicable fare rules before booking and again at the time of any change or cancellation request.
Where a refund is permitted by the airline, refunds are processed back to the original payment method, subject to airline processing times, which can take several weeks. OneCall Flights service fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Premier Partners
To deliver our services, OneCall Flights works with a network of consolidators, ticketing partners, and other travel suppliers (collectively, the "Premier Partners"). When you book with us, your booking and personal information may be shared with one or more Premier Partners as needed to issue your ticket, process your payment, and provide customer support. Premier Partners may share that information with their own agents, employees, contractors, and the relevant airlines, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Travel Documents and Eligibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all travel documents required for your itinerary, including valid passports, visas, transit permits, vaccination records, and any other entry requirements. Requirements change frequently and vary by nationality, route, and traveler status. We may share general guidance, but we do not verify entry eligibility and are not liable for denied boarding or denied entry resulting from missing or invalid documents.
8. Airline Operations and Disruptions
Once a ticket is issued, the airline that operates your flight is solely responsible for the operation of the flight, baggage handling, in-flight service, and any delays, cancellations, diversions, schedule changes, or other operational matters. OneCall Flights is not responsible for airline acts or omissions, including denied boarding, lost or damaged baggage, missed connections, or schedule changes initiated by the airline. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the airline when issues arise.
9. Disclaimers
The Website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneCall Flights disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneCall Flights and its officers, employees, agents, and Premier Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or travel disruption costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the total service fees you paid to OneCall Flights (excluding airline fares and third-party charges) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneCall Flights and its Premier Partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or our services, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12. Intellectual Property
The Website, including its design, text, graphics, and code, is owned by OneCall Flights or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website without our prior written permission. Airline names and logos referenced on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OneCall Flights is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
